Capability Reference

Every capability an experience can request in its manifest grants. Granted tools are called from script as atlas.call("<id>", params); declarative packs reference workflow-surface tools in run definitions.

This page mirrors docs/experiences/reference/capabilities.md, which is GENERATED from tools.yaml by scripts/generate_experience_docs.sh and freshness-checked in CI — regenerate there, then re-run docs-site/generate_reference.py.
